Refunds do not include postage and handling and will be processed within thirty working days of receipt of the goods. The product must be returned in original condition and packaging.
We recommend that you pack the goods in bubble wrap and return the product via registered post or courier and you must pre pay all returns postage, you assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with. Decor8 Tiles Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have More To Pay stamped on them.”
